Help with obtaining a “special authority”

I have a “special authority” which gives me a co-pay with the government and a special lower price. It is given after an application from my endocrinologist. Because of confusion with Pharmanet and my medical coverage, I have seldom obtained the reduced price.

Chris reviewed my prescriptions and pointed me in the right way to make the proper inquiries. It was an hours long wait on the phone after several attempts with Pharmanet. Chris had printed off my info so I had a proper base to ask questions. I finally got answers and understand the problem now.
