DELIVERY FEE AND SCHEDULE CHANGE
Starting immediately, we will no longer be delivering on THURSDAYS. If you have been receiving regular weekly, bi-weekly or monthly deliveries on a Thursday, we will contact you to make arrangements for an alternative day.
Gibsons Area: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Fridays
Sechelt/Roberts Creek: Monday, Wednesday and Fridays.
For the last 25 years, Howe Sound Pharmacy has provided prescription delivery free of charge. In order to continue with this service, we will be implementing a delivery fee effective August 1st, 2025. We understand that all of us have been effected by the ever rising costs of living, which is why we have tried our best to keep these new fees minimal.
Please note: We require 24hrs notice for delivery. This allows us the time to ensure your medication is available (either in stock or with enough time to order it in) and for the pharmacists and support staff to process your order.
We appreciate that the unexpected can happen and we will always try our best to accommodate a short notice request.
24hr request: $5.00 Delivery Fee
Short Notice request: $7.50 Delivery Fee
Over the next couple of months, we will be contacting those patients who are currently receiving regularly scheduled deliveries (weekly, bi-weekly or monthly) that may be affected by the delivery fees.
