FRONT STORE SALES ASSOCIATE
What you’ll do:
-Answer phones to address patient needs such as collecting prescription refill requests or assembling over the counter medication orders.
-Sort and retrieve prescriptions for pick-up.
-Process sales of prescriptions and over the counter medications.
-Receive and deploy stock in front store.
-Possibility to transition to managing patient accounts for monthly billing based on experience and training
What skills do you need?
-No prior experience needed, we’ll train you.
-Familiarity with a Windows computers.
-Ability to communicate clearly, effectively and professionally with co-workers and the public.
-Be fit enough to be walking and standing all day as well as have the flexibility to squat down multiple times a day to access pharmacy inventory and front store stock.
PHARMACY ASSISTANT
What you’ll do:
-Answer incoming phone calls
-Receive medication orders
-Restock shelves and drug dispensing machines
-Help with inventory control
-Assemble and gather prescriptions for pharmacists and technicians.
What skills do you need?
-Previous experience in pharmacy or other related fields, such as 1-2 years or more at a retail pharmacy, recommended though not required.
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
-Strong attention to detail.
-Strong organizational skills.
-Good computer and phone skills.
-Quick and efficient data entry.
-Experience with WinRx an asset.
-We will gladly train the ideal candidate.
